How do I submit a guarantee claim?
If you're not satisfied with your first Microfollic order, you can submit your claim to our email within 90 days of your order date.
You'll just need your order number, plus a few words about your experience (optional, but helpful).
Once submitted, our team will review your claim within 7 business days and get back to you directly.
How long does it take to process the claim?
We process approved refunds within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear in your account within an additional 3 to 10 business days.
Who is eligible?
Any customer who purchased their first MicroFollic product directly on Microfollic.com within the last 90 days. Each customer is eligible for one guarantee claim.
How do I return an item?
If your product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
